Preparation process of concrete prefabricated wallboard
The invention relates to the technical field of wallboards, and discloses a preparation process of a concrete prefabricated wallboard, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a mold; 2, reinforcing steel bar installation: mounting reinforcing steel bars in the mold prepared in the step S1; S3, concrete pouring: pouring concrete into the mold treated in the step S2, wherein the concreteis prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 180 to 240 parts of cement, 550 to 630 parts of coarse aggregate, 100 to 150 parts of fine aggregate, 300 to 430 parts of fly ash, 6 to15 parts of calcium lignosulphonate, 60 to 80 parts of water, 20 to 40 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 13 to 37 parts of acrylamide grafted copolymer starch. S4, vibration and maintenance: carrying out vibration and maintenance shaping on the concrete poured in the S3; S5: mold disassembling; S6, continuous maintenance: performing continuous curing to obtain concrete prefabricated wallboard. The prefabricated wallboard can be prevented from cracking, so that the compressive strength of the prefabricated wallboard is improved.
本发明涉及墙板的技术领域,公开了一种混凝土预制墙板的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:S1:模具准备;S2:钢筋安装;在经过S1模具准备之后的模具内安装钢筋;S3:浇筑混凝土;朝向经过S2处理后的模具内浇筑混凝土;所述混凝土的原料以重量份计包括:水泥180‑240份、粗集料550‑630份、细集料100‑150份、粉煤灰300‑430份、木质素磺酸钙6‑15份、水60‑80份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20‑40份以及丙烯酰胺接枝共聚淀粉13‑37份;S4:振捣养护;对经过S3浇筑完成的混凝土的进行振捣并且养护成型;S5:模具拆卸;S6:持续养护;经过S6持续养护之后,制得混凝土预制墙板。能够使得制造出来的预制墙板避免出现裂缝,从而提高预制墙板的抗压强度。
