The invention discloses a method for producing dry-mixed mortar by recycling waste incineration slag, which comprises the following steps: sorting out various metals in the incineration slag by a metal treatment process, and carrying out wet grinding and crushing to obtain elliptical incineration slag; placing the oval incineration slag in a high-efficiency drying machine to be dried; screening the dried incineration slag through a multi-layer vibrating screen, screening out the incineration slag with different particle sizes, and cyclically crushing the incineration slag with the large particle size again; and taking the screened incineration slag with qualified particle size as aggregate, adding other ingredients, and mixing and blending to obtain the dry-mixed mortar. After the preparedincineration slag aggregate, cement and auxiliaries are prepared into dry-mixed mortar, the dry-mixed mortar has the advantages of being low in density, large in construction coating area, good in construction effect and high in construction speed.
本发明公开了一种垃圾焚烧渣再利用生产干粉砂浆方法,包括以下步骤:将垃圾焚烧渣经过金属处理工艺将焚烧渣中的各种金属挑拣出去,通过湿磨破碎得到椭圆形焚烧渣;将椭圆形的焚烧渣置于高效率的烘干机中进行烘干;将烘干后的焚烧渣经过多层振动筛筛分,筛分出不同粒径的焚烧渣,并将粒径较大的焚烧渣重新循环破碎;将筛分后粒径合格的焚烧渣作为骨料,加入其它配料混合调配后得到干粉砂浆。本发明制备的焚烧渣骨料与水泥及助剂制备成干粉砂浆后,具有密度低、施工涂布面积大、施工效果好、施工速度快的优点。
