The invention discloses a foamed ceramic glazed tile production technology taking potassium sand shale as a main raw material. The production formula comprises, by mass, 70-85% of potassium sand shaleore, 5-15% of nepheline tailings, 8-15% of bentonite, 0.5-1.0% of fluorite powder, 0.2-0.8% of a foaming agent, 0.2-0.5% of a water reducing agent and 32-36% of water. The production process flow comprises the following steps: burdening, ball milling, spray drying, dry pressing, vertical ground coat spraying, ink-jet printing, cover glaze spraying, secondary drying, firing, sorting, packaging andwarehousing. The total thickness of the product is 20-40 mm, the thickness of a foamed layer is 18-38 mm, the thickness of a ground coat is 1.5-1.8 mm, and the thickness of a matte transparent glazelayer is 0.5-1 mm; the volume density of a foamed ceramic base layer is 300-850 Kg/m<3>, and the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.10-0.150 W/(m.K) (25 DEG C); and according to the foamed ceramic glazed tile product, the stain resistance grade of the glazed surface is grade A, and the impact resistance test of an external thermal insulation system of an external wall is 10 J.
