The invention discloses a wet forming process for a dental zirconium oxide multilayer gradient porcelain block. The wet forming process comprises the following steps: S1, preparing three zirconium oxides with different clarities, and grinding the zirconium oxide into fine powdery zirconium oxide; S2, mixing the three powdery zirconium oxides in differential proportions to obtain a powdery gradientmixed zirconium oxide with different clarities; S3, arranging the zirconium oxide according to a sequence from low clarity to high clarity, and loading the arranged zirconium oxide into a container;S4, vertically placing the container, adding a solution into the container, and allowing the arranged mixed zirconium oxide to be mixed with the solution; S5, conducting sufficient rotation with a rotary stirring roller in the container so as to allow the mixed zirconium oxide to be fully mixed at the same height; S6, integrally pressing the mixed zirconium oxide, and discharging the solution; S7,subjecting the mixed zirconium oxide to standing and molding; S8, sintering the mixed zirconium oxide to obtain a multi-layer gradient porcelain block; and S9, processing and molding the porcelain block. According to the invention, the warping and deformation of the product in intering process during use are greatly improved, and an aesthetic gradual change effect can be perfectly displayed.
本发明公开了一种齿科氧化锆多层梯度渐变瓷块湿法成型工艺，包括如下步骤：S1:准备三种不同透度的氧化锆，将氧化锆研磨成为精细的粉状氧化锆；S2:将三种粉状氧化锆采用差别比例混合，获取透度不同的粉状渐变混合氧化锆；S3:将此氧化锆按照透度由低到高顺序排列并装载于容器中；S4:垂直放置容器，将容器中加载入溶液，使得排好的混合氧化锆和溶液混合；S5:采用旋转搅拌辊在容器内进行充分旋转，使得混合氧化锆在同一高度下充分混合；S6:对混合氧化锆进行整体压合，排出溶液；S7:将混合氧化锆静置成型；S8:将混合氧化锆烧结得到多层梯度渐变瓷块；S9:将瓷块加工成型。本发明大大改善了产品使用时烧结过程中的翘曲和变形，并能完美展示出美学渐变的效果。
