Method for manufacturing furnace mouth brick by adopting amorphous refractory material
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a furnace mouth brick from an amorphous refractory material. The method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing raw materials with a binder, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight, 82%-85% of high-temperature cement, 9%-10% of potassium-sodium feldspar, and 6%-8% of calcium-magnesium feldspar; 2) designing and manufacturing a furnace mouth brick mold; 3) filling the furnace mouth brick mold with a mixture of raw materials and a binder; 4) placing the furnace mouth brick mold filled with the mixture in a heating kiln to be heated and dried; and 5) taking out the shaped furnace mouth brick from the furnace mouth brick mold. The method can greatly prolong the service life of the furnace mouth brick, reduce the production cost and relieve the labor intensity of workers.
本发明涉及一种采用无定型耐火材料制作炉口砖的方法,包括:1)将原料与粘结剂均匀混合;原料组成按重量百分比计为:高温水泥82%~85%、钾钠长石9%~10%、钙镁长石6%~8%;2)设计制作炉口砖模具;3)将原料与粘结剂的混合料填充到炉口砖模具中;4)将填充有混合料的炉口砖模具置于加热窑中进行加热干燥;5)将定型后的炉口砖自炉口砖模具中取出。本发明能够大幅增加炉口砖的使用周期,降低生产成本,减轻工人劳动强度。
