The invention relates to a foam-filled rock wool product and a preparation method thereof, wherein the rock wool thermal insulation product is composed of rock wool filaments, a foaming agent doped with the rock wool filaments and a modifier, the foaming agent is ammonium oxalate or/and 4,4'-oxydibenzenesulfonyl hydrazine, and the modifier is graphite, SiO2 aerogel or/and graphite-SiO2 aerogel. The preparation method comprises the preparation processes: at a certain temperature, adding the foaming agent into water, dissolving, adding a modified substance and a foaming matrix, uniformly stirring to form a foaming modified dispersion liquid, respectively and simultaneously spraying the foaming modified dispersion liquid and a phenolic resin adhesive onto the rock wool filaments in a fiber forming process to form modified rock wool filaments, and carrying out cotton collection, conveying, pleating, pressurizing and curing to obtain the rock wool product. The foaming agent and the modifierare added to modify the rock wool thermal insulation product, and the prepared foam-filled rock wool product has the advantages of being low in heat conductivity coefficient and good in heat preservation effect.
本发明涉及一种泡体填充岩棉制品及其制备方法，岩棉保温制品由岩棉丝和掺入岩棉丝的发泡剂与改性剂组成，发泡剂为草酸铵或/和4，4’‑氧代双苯磺酰肼，改性剂为石墨、SiO气凝胶或/和石墨‑SiO气凝胶。制备过程为：在一定温度下，将发泡剂加入到水中溶解，添加改性物质和发泡基体，搅拌均匀，形成发泡改性分散液，在成纤过程中将其与酚醛树脂胶黏剂分别同时喷洒于岩棉丝上，形成改性岩棉丝，经集棉、传送、打褶、加压、固化后得到岩棉制品。本发明通过添加发泡剂和改性剂对岩棉保温制品进行改性，制备的泡体填充岩棉制品具有导热系数低、保温效果好的优点。
