The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete bone exposing agent for a prefabricated building. The prefabricated concrete bone exposing agent is prepared from the following components in parts byweight: 30 to 40 parts of polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent with the concentration of 40 percent, 20 to 30 parts of sodium gluconate, 5 to 15 parts of phosphate and 30 to 50 parts of water; wherein the polycarboxylic acid slump retaining agent with the concentration of 40% is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of macromonomer polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether acrylate, 10-15 parts of acrylic acid, 3-8 parts of maleic anhydride, 2-5 parts of sodium allysulfonate, 2-6 parts of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate dehydrate, 2-6 parts of hydrogen peroxide and the balance of water. Through the synergistic effect of the slump retaining agent and the sodium gluconate, the slump loss is reduced; the characteristics of small concrete slump loss and goodworkability are achieved; the bone exposing agent only can delay the final setting time of concrete but does not damage solidification and long-term strength of concrete, so that the bone exposing agent has no adverse effect on connection of steel bars and the concrete, can also be used for manufacturing a concrete decorative surface, and achieves the designed decoration effect by controlling theexposed depth of prefabricated concrete for prefabricated buildings by controlling the use amount of the exposed aggregate agent.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑用预制混凝土露骨剂,包括组分重量百分比为:40%浓度聚羧酸保坍剂30‑40份、葡萄糖酸钠20‑30份、磷酸盐5‑15份、水30‑50份;所述40%浓度聚羧酸保坍剂由按重量百分比计的如下原料制备:大单体聚乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯20‑35份、丙烯酸10‑15份、马来酸酐3‑8份、烯丙基磺酸钠2‑5份、二水合次硫酸氢钠甲醛2‑6份、过氧化氢2‑6份、水余量。本发明通过保坍剂和葡萄糖酸钠协同作用,起到混凝土坍落度损失小、和易性好的特点,该露骨剂只会延缓混凝土的终凝时间,不会破坏混凝土的凝固和远期强度,对钢筋与混凝土的连接无不良影响,该露骨剂还可用作混凝土装饰面的制作、通过控制露骨剂的用量,控制装配式建筑用预制混凝土的露骨深浅,达到设计的装置效果。
