The invention relates to the technical field of rail construction, and especially relates to a directly-buried fastener and a construction method thereof. The directly-buried fastener comprises a baseplate and supporting columns, the base plate comprises an upper plate body and a lower plate body, the size of the lower plate body is smaller than that of the upper plate body, the upper plate body,the lower plate body and the supporting columns are integrally connected, the bottom of the upper plate body is connected with the lower plate body, and the bottom of the lower plate body is connected with the two supporting columns arranged in an aligned mode. The size of the lower plate body is smaller than that of the upper plate body, quick-dry cement or an adhesive can be injected into a lower plate body mounting groove of a ballast bed, the two supporting columns can be respectively mounted in two supporting column mounting holes of the ballast bed, the lower plate body is mounted in alower plate body mounting groove of the ballast bed, at the moment, the bottom face of the upper plate body makes contact with the top face of the ballast bed, the lower plate body and the supportingcolumns play a role in positioning, and the upper plate body can be placed at the designated position of the ballast bed, so the installation error of the upper plate body is reduced, then the installation error of a steel rail on the upper portion of the upper plate body is reduced, and the installation precision of the steel rail is improved.
