The invention discloses a prefabricated pier column and bearing platform connecting structure provided with pier bases and a construction method thereof. The connecting structure is characterized in that pier base structures are arranged at the positions, corresponding to pier columns, of a bearing platform, grouting sleeves connected with vertical main reinforcements of the pier columns are buried in pier bases, the grouting sleeves keep away from plastic hinge areas, the main reinforcements of the prefabricated pier columns extend out of the column bottoms during prefabrication and are inserted into sleeves in the pier bases during hoisting, and then high-strength cement paste is injected into the sleeves in a pressed mode to achieve firm connection. The connecting structure has the characteristics of being simple, convenient to construct and beneficial to guaranteeing the connecting quality of the grouting sleeve.
