Manufacturing method of expressway bridge precast slab
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an expressway bridge precast slab. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a pouring template; S2, constructing a fixing layer; S3, constructing an anti-deflection layer; S4, constructing a bridge pavement; S5, preparing a bridge precast slab rough blank; S6, preparing a bridge precast slab. The method has the advantages that the inner pouring channel, the outer pouring channel and the inner pouring channel lattices shaped like the Chinese character jing are used for achieving multi-layer waterproofing; transverse stress is relieved through cooperation of the fixing bolts and the shock absorption cushion discs; methyl sodium silicate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and lime are adopted to form a multi-layerwaterproof layer as a bedding; by limiting the height relation between the outer pouring channel and the inner pouring channel, forming of the multiple waterproof layers is achieved; an alkali-liquid-free accelerator is utilized to prevent internal fracture lines from appearing on each pouring layer; and transverse stress is relieved through the damping steel rings.
本发明公开了一种高速公路桥梁预制板制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1构建浇筑模板;S2构建固定层;S3构建防偏转层;S4构建桥梁路面;S5桥梁预制板粗胚制备;S6桥梁预制板制备;本发明的有益效果是:利用内、外浇筑渠以及内浇筑渠井字格,实现多层防水;通过固定栓和减震垫盘之间配合,减缓横向应力;采用甲基硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠以及石灰,为形成多层防水层作铺垫;通过限定外浇筑渠与内浇筑渠的高度关系,实现多层防水层成型;利用含无碱液速凝剂,防止各个浇筑层出现内部断裂纹;利用减震钢圈,减缓横向应力。
