Bridge-dismounting construction method for prestressed concrete continuous beam
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a bridge-dismounting construction method for a prestressed concrete continuous beam which is used for dismountinga flange plate of a prestressed concrete continuous beam. The method comprises the following steps of erecting a temporary supporting system used for temporarily supporting a No. 0 block and a side span cast-in-place section of a prestressed concrete continuous beam and temporarily consolidating a pier beam; cutting and removing a closure section; erecting a hanging basket on rest beam body of theprestressed concrete continuous beam, cutting and dismounting the rest beam bodyof the prestressed concrete continuous beam block by block in the reverse construction sequence direction of the hanging basket and hositing cut beam body sections to a barge below through the hanging basket and transporting the sections through a barge; removing the hanging basket after the operation is finished, andcutting and removing the No. 0 block; cutting and removing a side hole cast-in-place section; and cutting and dismantling the lower structure of the prestressed concrete continuous beam. The method has the advantages that the influence on navigation channel navigation is relatively small, the pollution to water is small, and demolition project construction progress is greatly improved.
本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,尤其是一种预应力混凝土连续梁拆桥施工方法,其对预应力混凝土连续梁的翼缘板进行拆除;架设临时支撑体系,临时支撑体系用于对预应力混凝土连续梁的0#块及边跨现浇段进行临时支撑,同时对墩梁进行临时固结;切割拆除合拢段;在剩余的预应力混凝土连续梁的梁体上架设挂篮,采用挂篮施工的反序方向对预应力混凝土连续梁的剩余梁体进行逐块的切割拆除,切割下的梁体节段通过挂篮吊装至下方的驳船上并通过驳船运输;完成后拆除挂篮,分块切割拆除0#块;切割拆除边孔现浇段;切割拆除预应力混凝土连续梁的下部结构。本发明的优点是:对航道通航影响相对较小,对水的污染较小,大大提高了拆除工程施工进度。
