The invention relates to a road traffic facility, and concretely to a safe traffic isolation fence which comprises a fence base, an outer column, a fence top, an inner hole, an inner pipe, an inner column, an outer pipe, an outer hole and nail holes. The lower end of the outer column or the lower end of the inner column is sleeved on an inner sleeve or an outer sleeve arranged at the upper end ofa fence seat matched with the outer column or the inner column in shape; the other end of the outer column or the inner column is sleeved with an arc-shaped fence top matched with the outer column orthe inner column in shape, the fence base and the outer column or the inner column are in the shape of a circular arc or an oval arc or the like, and the inner pipe and the outer pipe are in the shapeof a circle or an oval or the like. The outer column and the inner pipe as well as the inner column and the outer pipe are connected in various structural forms and the like; the anti-collision isolation fence is simple in structure, novel in design, practical, safe and reliable, the vehicles can be separated from one another when colliding with the isolation fence without smooth and round corners on the periphery, damage to the vehicles cannot be increased, and the probability of mutual damage to the isolation fence when collided by the vehicles is reduced.
