The invention discloses a quick-change mechanism for a front machine tool of a road sweeper. The quick-change mechanism comprises a quick-change fixing frame and a front machine tool quick-change support, wherein the quick-change fixing frame is arranged on a frame and can move relative to the frame, and the front machine tool quick-change support is detachably connected with the quick-change fixing frame. The quick-change fixing frame comprises a fixing frame body and a locking handle capable of rotating relative to the fixing frame body. The front face of the fixing frame faces the front machine tool quick-change support, and the back face of the fixing frame is provided with a first guide sleeve and a second guide sleeve which guide the two locking pin shafts. The locking pin shafts areconnected to the locking handle through a rotatable connecting rod; the front machine tool quick-changing support comprises a quick-changing frame which can cover the front face of the fixing frame in a matched mode. The quick-change frame is provided with guide holes capable of allowing the locking pin shafts to be inserted in a sliding mode correspondingly. The pitching angle of the quick-change fixing frame can be adjusted to be matched with the quick-change support, a machine tool can be locked through the locking handle, the operation time is greatly shortened, the labor intensity and the operation difficulty are reduced, maintenance of the road sweeper and replacement of multifunctional machine tools are facilitated, and the utilization rate of the road sweeper can be increased.
