The swing frame is rotationally installed on the vehicle body through rotating shafts, driven gears are fixedly installed at one ends of the rotating shafts, the driven gears on every two adjacent rotating shafts are meshed with each other, a sector gear is further rotationally installed on the outer side of the vehicle body, and the sector gear is meshed with the driven gear on the lowermost side.
