The invention discloses a pile-holding guiding pipe rack and a construction method of the pile-holding guiding pipe rack. The pile-holding guiding pipe rack comprises a guiding pipe rack main body anda pile-holding device connected to the guiding pipe rack main body. The pile-holding guiding pipe rack further comprises an auxiliary pile in sliding fit with the guiding pipe rack main body and a guiding pipe rack leveling device connected between the auxiliary pile and the guiding pipe rack main body. The guiding pipe rack leveling device comprises a ring beam, a bolt assembly connected to thering beam, and a second oil cylinder for driving the ring beam to ascend and descend. The auxiliary pile is inserted into the ring beam, and the bolt assembly can be connected with the ring beam and the auxiliary pile. Before piling, the bolt assembly can be used to connect the ring beam and the auxiliary pile, and then the relative positions of the guide frame main body and the auxiliary pile areadjusted through the second oil cylinder, so that the levelness of the guiding pipe frame main body is adjusted, and the position precision and the perpendicularity of a foundation pile are ensured during later piling.
