A waste tire resource recycling type slope protection device comprises a drainage ditch and a plurality of carcasses, wherein the carcasses are arranged in an inverted Y shape; a plurality of water tanks communicating with the interior of the drainage ditch are formed in the two sides of the drainage ditch; a water intercepting bank is arranged at the top of each inverted Y-shaped carcass; the front surfaces of the carcasses are movably connected with gear rings; the gear rings rotate with the central lines of the carcasses as centers; a plurality of external rotors are fixedly mounted in thegear rings; internal stators are fixedly mounted in the carcasses; a plurality of bucket bodies are fixedly mounted in the gear rings; the bucket bodies are all positioned in the carcasses; a plurality of support plates are fixedly mounted in the drainage ditch; one ends of first rotating shafts are rotationally connected to the support plates, respectively; first belts and chain wheels are fixedly mounted at the peripheries of the first rotating shafts, respectively; a plurality of second belt wheels are respectively arranged on the two sides of the drainage ditch; and each first chain wheelis connected with the two corresponding second belt wheels through transmission belts. The electric energy generated by rotation of the external rotors can be directly supplied for indicating light boards or illuminating lamps on road and bridge decks to work after being converted by circuits; and therefore, the waste tire resource recycling type slope protection device is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
