The invention provides a large-aperture single-hole non-pressure grouting method for karst water inrush. The large-aperture single-hole non-pressure grouting method comprises the following steps that1, a grouting hole and an air outlet hole are constructed; 2, a sleeve is hoisted and placed into the grouting hole, a grouting hopper is hoisted and inserted into the upper end of the sleeve, a lifting appliance of a crane is connected with a lifting lug on the sleeve, a grouting material is injected from the upper end of the grouting hopper through a grouting pipe of a grouting pump truck, and meanwhile the sleeve is hoisted to do up-down reciprocating motion; 3, when the water amount of a karst water inrush water outlet is obviously reduced to the flow, the up-down motion of the sleeve is stopped, and the grouting material continues to be poured; and 4, after the construction grouting hole is filled with the grouting material, hole sealing treatment is carried out. According to the grouting method, a large-size and large-water-pressure karst water inrush channel can be efficiently blocked.
本发明提供了一种岩溶突水的大孔径单孔无压灌浆方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、施工灌浆孔和出气孔;步骤2、吊装套管并放入灌浆孔内,吊装灌浆斗并插入套管上端,将起重机的吊具与套管上的吊耳连接,通过注浆泵车的注浆管由所述灌浆斗上端注入灌浆材料,同时起吊所述套管进行上下往复运动;步骤3、岩溶突水出水口水量至流量明显减小时,停止所述套管的上下运动,并继续灌注注浆材料;步骤4、所述施工灌浆孔灌满后进行封孔处理。该灌浆方法能够高效封堵大尺寸、大水压岩溶突水通道。
