The invention relates to a basement bottom plate post-cast strip water seepage prevention structure and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that a cushion layer is formed by pouring; bottom plate reinforcing layer steel bars are bound on the cushion layer, and then concrete is poured to form a bottom plate reinforcing layer; bottom plate steel barsare bound on the bottom plate reinforcing layer, then steel plate water stop strip layers are pre-buried on the two sides of a reserved post-cast strip, and then concrete is poured on the two sides ofthe reserved post-cast strip to form bottom plates; and 100% chiseling is carried out on the surface of the concrete on the side, oppositely facing the reserved post-cast strip, of the bottom plateson the two sides, then a double-layer lead wire net is additionally hung on the surface, and finally pouring is carried out between the bottom plates to form the post-cast strip. According to the basement bottom plate post-cast strip water seepage prevention structure and the construction method thereof, the bottom plate reinforcing layer structure is arranged at the bottom of the post-cast stripso as to enhance the pressure resistance of the bottom of the post-cast strip, and therefore the waterproofness and crack resistance of the post-cast strip structure are ensured. The bottom plate reinforcing layer and the cushion layer can form a double-layer protection structure so as to prevent the cushion layer breakage phenomenon in a conventional technology.
本发明涉及一种地下室底板后浇带防渗水结构及其施工方法,上述施工方法包括如下:浇筑形成垫层;在垫层上绑扎底板加强层钢筋,再浇筑混凝土以形成底板加强层;在底板加强层上绑扎底板钢筋,随后在预留后浇带两侧预埋钢板止水带层,再在预留后浇带两侧浇筑混凝土以形成底板;对两侧底板中相对朝向预留后浇带的一侧混凝土的表面进行100%凿毛,随后在其上加挂双层铅丝网,最后在底板间浇筑形成后浇带。本发明中在后浇带底部设置底板加强层结构,以增强后浇带底部的抗压能力,从而确保后浇带结构的防水性和抗裂性。本发明中底板加强层可与垫层形成双层保护结构,以防止常规技术中垫层断裂现象的产生。
