The method comprises the following steps that S1, the sizes of a box body, a steel pipe test piece, bedrock, an actual pile, a soil layer, a shaping pipe, a dielectric material and a pressure applying assembly are reduced in equal proportion; S2, a concrete filled steeltubular column, the actual pile, the bedrock and a box body are manufactured; S3, the shaping pipe is coaxially placed outside the steel pipe test piece, the medium material is used for filling the parts between the shaping pipe and the steel pipe test piece, the corresponding soil layers are used for filling the parts at different heights outside the shaping pipe, the shaping pipe is pulled out layer by layer in the filling process, and detection components are arranged at different heights of the soil layers; S4, the pressure applying assembly is installed, and pressure is vertically appliedto the top of the steel pipe test piece downwards; and S5, an N-delta curve is drawn at the same time.
