The invention provides a method and a device for determining a slope scraping angle of a shovel blade of a land leveler, a control system for the shovel blade of the land leveler and a storage medium,and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery. The method comprises the following steps of establishing a reference coordinate system based on a moving direction of the land leveler anda moving direction of the shovel blade; acquiring spatial attitude angle information which is collected by an attitude detection device and is corresponding to the operation of the shovel blade; acquiring a rotation action sequence of each coordinate axis of the shovel blade around the reference coordinate system; and computing the slope scraping angle corresponding to the shovel blade by using apreset slope scraping angle computation rule according to the spatial attitude angle information and the rotation action sequence. According to the method, the device, the system and the storage medium, the attitude angle of the shovel blade in the spatial state is detected, and the slope scrapping angle is computed according to the attitude angle and the rotation action sequence, so that the slope scrapping angle of the shovel blade of the land leveler can be accurately determined, the dependence on the experience of an operator is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
