The invention relates to a defecation recognition method, a toilet stool flushing method, a toilet stool flushing control device and a toilet stool. According to the defecation recognition method, when a pyroelectric sensor, located in a toilet bowl cavity, of a detection field senses movement of an object with the infrared radiation wavelength within a specific range, defecation is recognized. According to the toilet stool flushing method, the toilet stool is flushed after the defecation behavior is recognized according to the defecation recognition method. The toilet flushing control devicecomprises a sensing module, a flushing module and a control module, the sensing module outputs a first signal when the pyroelectric sensor senses movement of an object within a specific wavelength range, and the control module controls the flushing module to start flushing the toilet after receiving the first signal. The toilet stool adopting the flushing control device can reduce erroneous judgment and avoid mistaken flushing.
