The invention provides a sewage adjusting and storing device based on gravity sewage inflow and air pressure emptying sewage exiting. The sewage adjusting and storing device comprises a biochemical part, a river closure part, a buffering part and an air source; the river closure part communicates with the biochemical part and a confluence pipe; the buffering part communicates with the river closure part and the external barometric pressure; the air source communicates with the buffering part; when sewage enters the buffering part, sewage flows in a storing space via an accommodating space under the action of gravity; and when sewage exits the buffering part, the air source inflates the air in the buffering part, and sewage is discharged into the accommodating space.
