Workers can enable the sludge scraping parts to slide in the municipal drainage pipeline through the pull ropes, and therefore the sludge scraping purpose is achieved. The sludge scraping mode is simple and convenient, and compared with a traditional sludge scraping mode adopting a pipeline dredging vehicle, the cost is low, the sludge scraping process is simple and convenient, and sludge scraping of the municipal drainage pipeline can be completed without the specific pipeline dredging vehicle.
