The invention discloses a drainage system capable of automatically cleaning a pipe wall and treating rainwater. The drainage system comprises the pipe wall, wherein a water pipe is arranged on the upper side of the pipe wall; a domestic sewage pipe and a treatment box water pipe are arranged on the left and the right of the lower side of the water pipe correspondingly; and the domestic sewage pipeis directly drained into a domestic sewage pipeline. In the use process, rainwater of external rainfall can be collected into a box, impurities, suspended particles and nutrient substances in the rainwater are absorbed through a series of biochemical and physical filtering means, the phenomenon that water scale appears on the water pipe wall due to long water flow time can be treated, a motor drives a cleaning device capable of rotating and moving up and down to clean the pipe wall, clean water cannot flow into the box, pollution cannot be caused, the water level in the box can be adjusted, automatic replacement operation of a filtering material in water can be achieved, and the filtering material is replaced once after a certain amount of water is treated.
