Reinforced concrete component structure of fabricated building
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a reinforced concrete component structure of a fabricated building. The reinforced concrete component structurecomprises an outer shell, and a center frame is mounted in the mounted shell. Butt-joint clamping grooves are formed in the outer side of the outer shell, and matching grooves are formed in the innerside of the outer shell. The center frame comprises side surface plates mounted in cooperation with the matching grooves, and the side surface plates are welded and fixedly mounted through a center connecting plate. At least one pair of castable is poured into the center frame, and connecting reinforcement is fixedly mounted in the castable. The reinforced concrete component structure has the advantages that according to the designed reinforced concrete component structure, side face connecting bodies and a main connecting body are adopted as connecting components, all the outer shells can beconnected fast, and therefore different kinds of castable are assembled; and the assembling and forming speed is high, the internal structural strength is large, the use needs of construction of different modular assembled buildings can be effectively met, and therefore the assembling difficulty is reduced effectively, and the assembling speed is increased.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,具体为一种装配式建筑钢筋砼构件结构,包括外壳体,且外壳体的内部安装有中心架,外壳体外侧开设有对接卡槽,且外壳体的内侧开设有配合槽,中心架包括与配合槽配合安装的侧面板,且侧面板之间通过中心连接板焊接固定安装,中心架的内部浇注设置有至少一对浇注块,且浇注块内固定安装有连接钢筋。有益效果为:本发明设计的钢筋砼构件结构采用侧面连接体和主连接体作为连接部件即可快速的将各个外壳体进行连接从而有机的将不同的浇注块拼装起来,不仅拼装成型速度快,而且内部结构强度大,能够有效的满足不同模块化组装建筑建设的使用需要,从而有效的降低组装难度并提高组装速度。
