Prefabricated shear wall combined structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated shear wall combined structure. The prefabricated shear wall combined structure comprises prefabricated walls, a composite floor slab, cast-in-place dowels and plug pins. Concrete filled steel tube side columns are embedded at the two ends of the walls and vertically connected through steel tube sleeves in a grouting mode instead of edge members. At horizontal abutted seams, the upper and lower layers of walls are prefabricated through tenon ends and tenon grooves, and are provided with mortises. Upper and lower layers of longitudinal grout anchored steelbars are bound through U-shaped stirrups and connected through pouring of grouting materials. At vertical abutted seams, the end face of the wall on one side is provided with a rectangular groove, and the wall faces on the two sides of the rectangular groove are equidistantly provided with a plurality of insertion holes penetrating through the thickness direction of the wall in the vertical direction; and embedded connecting parts are arranged on the end face of the wall on the other side, and the walls are connected by inserting the plug pins into the insertion holes and the embedded connecting parts. The prefabricated shear wall combined structure is simple in joint structure, reliable in connection and convenient and efficient to manufacture, transport and construct, guarantees the construction quality, and has excellent anti-seismic performance and the good ductility and energy-dissipation capacity.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式剪力墙组合结构,包括预制墙体、叠合楼板、现浇榫钉和插销。墙体两端内嵌钢管混凝土边柱,代替边缘构件并通过钢管套筒灌浆进行竖向连接;水平拼缝处,上下层墙体通过设置的榫端和榫槽进行拼装并形成榫眼,上下层纵向浆锚钢筋在榫眼处通过U形箍筋绑扎和灌浆料灌注进行连接;竖向拼缝处,一侧墙体端面上设置矩形凹槽并在矩形凹槽两侧的墙面上沿竖直方向等间隔的设置有多个贯通墙体厚度方向的插孔,另一侧墙体端面上预埋连接件,通过向插孔和预埋连接件内插入插销进行连接。本发明节点构造简单、连接可靠,制作、运输、施工方便高效,而且施工质量有保障,抗震性能优良,具有良好的延性和耗能能力。
