The cast-in-place concrete wall comprises a truss steel bar and steel plate combination, longitudinal steel bars (8), horizontal steel bars (9) and tie bars (10) are bound in the truss steel bar and steel plate combination to form a steel bar framework, and concrete is poured in the truss steel bar and steel plate combination containing the steel bar framework to form the cast-in-place concrete wall. The method is used for the cast-in-place wall with the detachable combined truss steel bars and steel plates.
