Lightweight sandwich reinforced concrete truss floor slab and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a construction method of a lightweight sandwich reinforced concrete truss floor structure, relates to the field of concrete construction, and solves the current problems of toolarge volume weight of truss floor slabs and poor sound insulation between residential floors. A lightweight sandwich reinforced concrete truss floor slab comprises a lightweight sandwich reinforcedconcrete truss floor slab structure and a lightweight sandwich reinforced concrete truss floor slab girder structure; and connection points between the lightweight sandwich reinforced concrete truss floor slab and the lightweight sandwich reinforced concrete truss floor slab girder are filled with lightweight concrete. The construction method of the lightweight sandwich reinforced concrete truss floor structure comprises the following steps of (1) installing the girder and truss floor slabs; (2) binding reinforcements; (3) pouring concrete; and (4) applying a cement-based hardener. The floor slab girder and the floor slab are filled with lightweight concrete, so that the volume weight of the concrete floor slab and the floor slab girder is reduced, and the sound insulation effect among floors is enhanced.
