The invention provides a fabricated concrete energy-consuming wall column, and belongs to the technical field of buildings. The fabricated concrete energy-consuming wall column is sequentially provided with an anti-aging sealing layer, a cylindrical surface decorative plate, a magnesium oxide fireproof plate, waterproof concrete, an outer constraint high-strength elastic steel plate layer, energy-consuming constraint concrete and filling fiber core concrete from outside to inside, wherein stress reinforcing angle steel and an anti-buckling damping compression type thin-wall isolation steel plate are arranged between the energy-consuming constraint concrete and the filling fiber core concrete; a connecting piece is arranged between the anti-buckling damping compression type thin-wall isolation steel plate and the outer constraint high-strength elastic steel plate layer opposite to the anti-buckling damping compression type thin-wall isolation steel plate for connection; and a cross-shaped inner core is arranged in a structure defined by the stress reinforcing angle steel and the anti-buckling damping compression type thin-wall isolation steel plate. The fabricated concrete energy-consuming wall column overcomes the defects that a traditional wall column is poor in bearing capacity and insufficient in durability, the anti-seismic property is improved to the maximum extent, meanwhile, the earthquake response of a building structure can be reduced, and a good protection effect is achieved on the building structure.
