Saddle-shaped fastener for fixing color steel tile and using method thereof
The invention discloses a saddle-shaped fastener for fixing a color steel tile and a using method thereof. The saddle-shaped fastener is made of a stainless steel plate and is low at two ends and highin the middle; the shape of the inner surface of the saddle-shaped fastener is matched with that of the upper surface of a convex rib of the color steel tile; and a through hole for fixing a screw rod of a self-tapping screw is formed in the center of the high saddle-shaped fastener. The using method comprises the following steps of: placing the color steel tile on a bottom beam before installation; placing a lower rubber flat washer above the rib of the color steel tile with the bottom beam below; pressing the saddle-shaped fastener for fixing the color steel tile to align a hole of the lower rubber flat washer with the through hole of the fastener; penetrating the screw rod of the self-tapping screw into a hole of an upper rubber flat washer by using the corresponding self-tapping screw; aligning the self-tapping screw with the through hole by using an electric drill for screwing; drilling through the color steel tile; fixing the self-tapping screw on the bottom beam; and pressing the color steel tile by using the saddle-shaped fastener for fixing the color steel tile and fixing the color steel tile on the bottom beam, wherein the upper rubber flat washer and the lower rubber flat washer placed on the upper and lower surfaces of the through hole have the effects of water insulation and leakage prevention.
本发明为一种固定彩钢瓦的鞍形扣件及其使用方法。它是用不锈钢板制成的一种两端低，中间高的鞍形扣件，鞍形扣件内表面的形状与彩钢瓦凸起的筋的上表面形状相配，在高起的鞍形扣件中心制有供自攻螺丝的螺杆通过用于固定的通孔。使用方法：在安装前将彩钢瓦搁置在有底梁上，在下面有底梁的彩钢瓦筋上方放置下橡胶平垫圈，按上固定彩钢瓦的鞍形扣件，使下橡胶平垫圈的孔与扣件的通孔对准，用相应的自攻螺丝，在自攻螺丝的螺杆上穿入上橡胶平垫圈的孔中，用电钻将自攻螺丝对准通孔旋合，钻透彩钢瓦，将自攻螺丝固定在底梁上，使固定彩钢瓦的鞍形扣件压着彩钢瓦固定在底梁上，通孔上下两面所放的上橡胶平垫圈和下橡胶平垫圈起到隔水防漏的作用。
