Modular staircase structure of fabricated building
The invention discloses a modular staircase structure of a fabricated building. The modular staircase structure comprises a lower floor slab beam, an upper floor slab beam, a rest platform located between the lower floor slab beam and the upper floor slab beam and step assemblies connecting the rest platform with the lower floor slab beam as well as the rest platform with the upper floor slab beam; and each step assembly is composed of two main slabs facing each other, a plurality of step slabs arranged between the two main slabs and connecting parts for connecting the main slabs with the stepslabs, the step slabs are obliquely arranged downwards in sequence, the opposite surfaces of the two main slabs are respective inner surfaces, the connecting parts are installed on the inner surfacesof the two main slabs correspondingly, and the step slabs include horizontal panels and vertical panels. The fully fabricated design of house steps is realized, assembling of the steps on a construction site by welding or the like is avoided, the assembly process is simplified, the assembly speed is improved, and the integrated and convenient installation of the house steps is realized.
本发明公开一种装配式建筑的模块化楼梯结构,包括下层楼板梁、上层楼板梁、位于下层楼板梁与上层楼板梁之间的休息平台和连接休息平台与下层楼板梁、休息平台与上层楼板梁的踏步组件,所述踏步组件两个面对面设置的主板、设置于两个主板之间的若干个踏步板和用于连接主板与踏步板的连接件,若干个所述踏步板依次向下呈倾斜状设置,两个所述主板相对的面为各自的内表面,所述连接件分别安装于两个主板的内表面上,所述踏步板包括水平面板和竖直面板。本发明实现了房屋踏步的全装配式设计,避免在施工现场通过焊接等方式对踏步进行组装,简化了组装工艺,提高了装配的速度,实现了房屋踏步的一体化便捷安装。
