The invention belongs to the technical field of seam beautifying, and particularly relates to a positioning device and an arc-containing ceramic tile seam beautifying and grooving device with the same. The arc-containing ceramic tile seam beautifying and grooving device comprises a track assembly, a frame, a grooving assembly, the positioning device, a concentric assembly and an arc assembly, wherein the track assembly is arranged inside the frame, the grooving assembly and the concentric assembly are arranged on the track assembly, the grooving assembly is driven by the track assembly to movealong a square track, the arc assembly is used for enabling four corners of the square track to generate arcs, and the grooving assembly is used for seam beautifying grooving. By means of the structure, the track assembly drives the grooving assembly to move along the track the same as a ceramic tile seam, meanwhile, through the concentric assembly and the arc assembly, the arcs are arranged at the four corners of the grooving track formed by the track assembly, and grooving treatment requirement of arc-containing ceramic tile seam beautifying is met; and a small gap between ceramic tiles which are not subjected to seam beautifying is enlarged under the action of the grooving assembly, so that the ceramic tiles are prevented from being heated to expand and deform, and a seam beautifying agent is prevented from falling off due to the small gap.
