The invention provides an enclosure type lifting device based on civil engineering house self-construction. The device comprises a movable bottom plate, wherein telescopic supporting legs used for limiting movement of the bottom plate and playing a supporting role are arranged on the bottom plate, a plurality of vertical guide rods and vertical transmission screws are correspondingly arranged on the upper portion of the bottom plate, a lifting platform is correspondingly arranged on the vertical guide rods and the vertical transmission screw rods, the lower portion of the lifting platform is connected with the bottom plate through a foldable crawling ladder support, a hidden escape hole corresponding to the crawling ladder support is formed in the lifting platform, a bearing soft cushion corresponding to the hidden escape hole is arranged on the bottom plate, a driving box corresponding to the vertical transmission screws is arranged on the lower portion of the bottom plate, a lockingdevice is arranged on the lifting platform, the safety can be better guaranteed, and the hidden escape hole, the crawling ladder support and the bearing soft cushion are arranged, so that when the driving device is powered off and the platform is suddenly clamped in the air, a user can climb to the safe ground along the crawling ladder support through the escape hole.
