When the clasp II and the clasp I are both buckled on a scaffold steel pipe, the distance between the clasp II and the clasp I can be adjusted by rotating an adjusting rod, so that the clasp II and the clasp I are both clamped with the steel pipe, the scaffold springboard can be prevented from being loosened from the steel pipe, and meanwhile the scaffold springboard can be prevented from sliding left and right along the steel pipe.
