The invention discloses a vertical mould, which comprises an inner mould plate, an outer mould plate, a side mould plate and an end mould plate, wherein the side mould plate is used for connecting theinner mould plate with the outer mould plate, and the end mould plate is used for sealing the end part of a mould cavity defined by the inner mould plate, the outer mould plate and the side mould plate. The vertical mould also comprises an inner mould driving mechanism and a foundation bed and is provided with an inner mould track, wherein the inner mould driving mechanism can drive the inner mould plate to move along the inner mould track to a direction far away from the outer mould plate; the inner mould plate can be fixed on at least two positions relative to the outer mould plate to formmould cavities with at least two widths; the inner mould driving mechanism comprises a fixing part and a movable part, wherein the fixing part of the inner mould driving mechanism is rotatably connected to the foundation bed, and the movable part is rotatably connected to the inner mould plate; the inner mould plate moves to a specific position; and the movable part of the inner mould driving mechanism is separated from the inner mould plate. According to the vertical mould, a distance between the inner mould plate and the outer mould plate is increased so as to conveniently install a functional layer, a steel reinforcement cage or a reinforcing steel bar mesh in the mould cavity.
