Arched net rack hoisting construction method
An arched net rack hoisting construction method comprises the following steps of dividing a whole-span net rack structure into a module I and two modules II, wherein the module I is positioned in themiddle, and the modules II are symmetric on the left and on the right; the module I and the modules II are assembled on the ground; an attached hanging ladder is placed along a hoisting point positionfrom bottom to top; the hanging ladder is arranged in a sectional manner; each hoisting steel wire rope or the bottom of a belt crane is connected with members of both the module I and the modules IIthrough a chain block; after an arched net rack is hoisted in place in a whole-span manner, construction personnel climb to a position near a net rack hoisting point by using the attached hanging ladder and use the chain block to unload a whole-span net rack; in the unloading process, ground measurement personnel monitor the down-warping degree in the net rack unloading process; and after the netrack is not down-warped any more, a bolt ball connected with the net rack is finally tightened to finish hoisting. According to the arched net rack hoisting construction method, as the attached hanging ladder is mounted in a matched manner during member ground assembling, the risk of high altitude hoisting operation is greatly reduced, the working efficiency is enhanced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
一种拱形网架吊装施工方法,包括以下步骤:将整跨网架结构分为位于中间的模块一和两个左右对称的模块二;模块一和模块二在地面上完成组装,沿着吊点位置从下至上布置附着式挂梯,挂梯分段设置;在每根吊装钢丝绳或者带吊底部使用手拉葫芦与模块一和模块二的构件相连;拱形网架整跨吊装就位后,施工人员利用附着式挂梯,爬至网架吊装点附近,使用手拉葫芦对整跨网架进行卸载;卸载过程中地面测量人员对网架卸载过程中的下饶度进行监测,待网架下饶不再发生后,对网架连接的螺栓球进行终拧,完成吊装。本发明采用附着式挂梯在构件地面组装时配套完成安装,大大减少了高空吊装作业的风险,提高了劳动效率,节约了施工工期及施工成本。
