The invention discloses an intelligent lock and a fingerprint module thereof. The fingerprint module of the intelligent lock comprises a fixed seat, and further comprises a fingerprint collector and afingerprint recognizer which are arranged on the fixed seat. According to the fingerprint module of the intelligent lock, the fingerprint collector and the fingerprint recognizer are both arranged onthe fixed seat, integration of the fingerprint collector and the fingerprint recognizer is achieved through the fixed seat, and in the installation process, the fingerprint collector and the fingerprint recognizer can be installed only by fixing the fixed seat to the needed position; compared with the prior art that the fingerprint collector and the fingerprint recognizer need to be independentlyfixed, a fixing structure is omitted, so that the structure is simplified, and the fingerprint module is convenient to install; and meanwhile, the reliability of the whole structure is improved, andthe loss rate is reduced.
