The top-bottom hook control mechanism comprises a baseplate, and the base is provided with two guide grooves concavely;the two guide grooves are formed in the same direction at intervals vertically; the top-bottom hook control mechanism comprises sliding plates, L-shaped pulling blocks and a driving unit; and the driving unit comprises a rack, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a third rotating shaft, a first driving gear, a second driving gear and a third driving gear. Compared with the prior art, through design of the novel top-bottom hook control mechanism, the top-bottom hook control mechanism has the advantages of the rational structural design, simple and smooth operation process and high reliability, and concepts are provided for subsequent research and development of a novel lock body.
