The invention discloses a rail transit platform door controller with high dustproof, waterproof and electromagnetic compatibility levels. The rail transit platform door controller comprises a waterproof and dustproof control box and a control system arranged in the control box. The control box comprises a door controller bottom box, a side cover, a panel and a sealing rubber strip, and the controlsystem is mounted on the door controller bottom box; the control system comprises a portal crane driving and signal control module, a data communication line leading-in and leading-out module, an in-box electrical device group and a power supply leading-in and leading-out module; spacing distances meeting the requirement of the electromagnetic compatibility level are respectively designed betweenthe modules with the requirement of the electromagnetic compatibility level; and the control system is used for a control cable and a power cable which are externally connected, and the control cableand the power cable penetrate through different cable sealing heads to be introduced into the control box. By means of the rail transit platform door controller, the waterproof, dustproof and electromagnetic compatibility levels of the door controller can be effectively improved, the protection level of the door controller is improved, and the overall reliability of a platform door system is improved.
