The invention relates to a shower waste water heat recycler. According to a shower water heater, tap water is heated to warm water of about 40 DEG C for use, and used waste water is drained from a sewer, and the temperature of the waste water is basically close to the human body temperature. The cold water and the waste water obtained after showering flow in the heat exchange plate in a convection manner, thetemperature of the waste water flowing out of the heat exchange plate can be close to the temperature of the cold water, and the temperature of the cold water flowing out of the heat exchange plate can be close to the temperature of the waste water.
