The invention relates to the technical field of assembled buildings and particularly discloses a pre-fabricated column concrete pouring method in an assembled building. The method includes the following specific steps of site selection, formwork treatment, pre-fabricated column tying, embedded part installation, formwork installation, concrete pouring, rolling-light curing treatment and form removal treatment. An insulator made in an oil-free mode is applied to a formwork and forms an insulating layer on the inner surface of the formwork, thus the adhesion force of the formwork to concrete issmaller, during concrete pouring, air bubbles between the concrete and the formwork are reduced, form removal of the formwork and a pre-fabricated column is convenient, the pre-fabricated column is prevented from being damaged during form removal, the pore bubbles on the surface of the pre-fabricated are reduced, the smoothness of the surface of the pre-fabricated and the form removal efficiency are improved, in the pouring process, the concrete poured in the pre-fabricated column is subjected to segmented monitoring by means of a temperature measuring device, and the concrete quality is prevented from being affected due to large difference between the inside temperature and the outside temperature.
本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域,具体公开了一种装配式建筑中预制柱混凝土浇筑方法,该方法具体包括以下步骤:场地选择‑模板处理‑预制柱绑扎‑预埋件安装‑模板安装‑浇筑混泥土‑收光养护处理‑拆模处理。本发明通过采用无油制作的隔离剂涂刷于模板上,使其在模板内面形成隔离层,从而使得模板对混泥土的粘附力变小,在混泥土浇筑时,减少了混泥土与模板之间的气泡,也方便模板与预制柱的脱模,避免了脱模时对预制柱造成损坏,减少了预制柱表面的孔泡,提高了预制柱表面的光洁性以及脱模效率,而且在浇筑过程中,采用测温装置对预制柱内浇筑的混泥土进行分段式监测,避免其内外温差较大而对混泥土的质量造成影响。
