Sanitary antibacterial ceramic, antibacterial glaze and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to sanitary antibacterial ceramic, antibacterial glaze and a preparation process thereof. The antibacterial glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:20 to 30 parts of potassium feldspar powder, 1 to 5 parts of kaolin for glaze, 20 to 40 parts of quartz powder, 12 to 18 parts of calcite powder, 1 to 5 parts of dolomite powder, 2 to 5 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 2 to 8 parts of nano zinc oxide and 10 to 20 parts of frit powder. The antibacterial glaze not only adopts the antibacterial property of the nano-zinc oxide, but also combines the nano-zinc oxide as a raw material for the sanitary ceramic glaze to prepare a transparent vitreous glaze through a formula. The antibacterial glaze is sprayed on the opacified glaze of the sanitary ceramics so that the antibacterial performance is greatly improved. The antibacterial property of the antibacterial glaze is as high as 99% or above according to JC/T 897-2014 antibacterial ceramic product antibacterial property detection by the third-party qualified detection mechanism.
本发明涉及一种卫生抗菌陶瓷、抗菌釉及其制备工艺,所述抗菌釉包括以下重量组份的原料:钾长石粉20‑30份,釉用高岭土1‑5份,石英粉20‑40份,方解石粉12‑18份,白云石粉1‑5份,氧化铝粉2‑5份,纳米氧化锌2‑8份,熔块粉10‑20份。本发明的抗菌釉既采用纳米氧化锌的抗菌性能,又结合纳米氧化锌作为卫生陶瓷釉用原料,通过配方,制备成一种透明、玻璃状釉。该抗菌釉喷施在卫生陶瓷乳浊釉之上,使得抗菌性能极大提高。本发明的抗菌釉经第三方检测有资质的检测机构按《JC/T 897‑2014抗菌陶瓷制品抗菌性能》检测抗菌性高达99%以上。
