Graphite modified rock wool product and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a graphite modified rock wool product and a preparation method thereof. The modified rock wool product is composed of rock wool yarns and graphite doped into the rock wool yarns, and the graphite accounts for 0.1%-10% of the weight of the modified rock wool product. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing graphite subjected to oxidation modification with phenolic resin to form a uniform dispersion liquid, uniformly dispersing modified graphite oxide in rock wool yarns along with a phenolic resin solution in the fiber forming process, and performingcotton collecting, conveying, pleating, pressurizing and curing to obtain the thermal insulation material. Another preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing graphite and phenolic resin, mechanically stirring to form a uniform dispersion liquid, uniformly dispersing the graphite into rock wool yarns along with a phenolic resin solution in the fiber forming process, and performing cotton collecting, conveying, pleating, pressurizing and curing to obtain the thermal insulation material. By adding graphite taking phenolic resin as a carrier, the heat conductivity coefficient of the rock wool product for external wall heat preservation is reduced, and the heat preservation effect of the rock wool product is improved.
