Production process of ceramic product
The invention discloses a production process of a ceramic product, and relates to the technical field of ceramic production. The method comprises the following steps: throwing, namely, grinding raw materials into powder through a grinding machine, adding water, uniformly stirring and mixing the raw materials and the water into slurry through a stirring barrel, then coarsely screening to remove coarse particle impurities, then, further filtering and squeezing the coarsely screened slurry by a slurry squeezing machine, removing excess water to form viscous slurry, repeatedly pugging the viscousslurry through a pugging mill to form cylindrical mud, covering the cylindrical mud with a preservative film, sinking and floating for 6-8 days to obtain a mud blank, then putting the prepared mud ona blank vehicle, and preparing a blank with a certain shape and size by using a wheel forming method; and adding refractory materials, namely, adding aluminum silicate refractory fibers, high-purity aluminum silicate refractory fibers, mullite refractory fibers and alumina aggregate raw materials. The ceramic product is attractive in appearance, the production process is simple to operate, the ceramic production efficiency is effectively improved, energy saving and emission reducing are achieved, and high economic value is achieved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷产品的生产工艺,涉及陶瓷生产技术领域,包括如下步骤:拉坯:将原料通过研磨机研磨成粉、并加入水通过搅拌桶搅拌混合均匀成泥浆后粗筛去除粗颗粒杂质,之后经过榨泥机对粗筛后的泥浆进一步过滤、榨泥,去除多余水分,形成粘稠泥浆,通过炼泥机对粘稠泥浆反复练泥形成圆柱状泥巴,并将圆柱状泥巴通过保鲜膜覆盖沉浮6‑8天,得到泥胚,然后将制备好的泥料放在坯车上,用轮制成型方法制成具有一定形状和尺寸的坯件;添加耐火材料:添加硅酸铝质耐火纤维、高纯硅酸铝耐火纤维、莫来石质耐火纤维、以及矾土骨料原料。本发明外表美观,操作简单,有效提高了陶瓷生产效率,节能减排,经济价值高。
