Preparation method of magnetic graphene oxide aerogel
The invention discloses a preparation method of magnetic graphene oxide aerogel, which comprises the following steps: putting graphene oxide into deionized water to prepare a graphene oxide solution with the concentration of 2mg/L; adding Fe3O4 powder and phenolic resin powder into the graphene oxide solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a magnetic graphene oxide solution; adding trisodium citrate and methyltriethylsilane into the magnetic graphene oxide solution, and performing reaction to obtain magnetic graphene oxide hydrogel; and cleaning the magnetic graphene oxide hydrogel, adding anammonia water solution, treating in a constant-temperature water bath kettle, freeze-drying, and carrying out high-temperature treatment to obtain the magnetic graphene oxide aerogel. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the phenolic resin is added, the phenolic resin is converted into amorphous carbon through high-temperature carbonization, and the newly generated amorphous carbonis positioned between lamellas of the graphene, so that the tensile strength of the product is improved. In addition, sodium citrate is selected as a reducing agent, high efficiency and mildness areachieved, and the forming rate is high.
本发明公开了一种磁性氧化石墨烯气凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将氧化石墨烯投入到去离子水中,配置成浓度为2mg/L的氧化石墨烯溶液;在所述氧化石墨烯溶液中投入FeO粉末和酚醛树脂粉末并混合均匀,获得磁性氧化石墨烯溶液;在所述磁性氧化石墨烯溶液中加入柠檬酸三钠和甲基三乙基硅烷,反应获得磁性氧化石墨烯水凝胶;清洗所述磁性氧化石墨烯水凝胶,并加入氨水溶液,恒温水浴锅中处理后,冷冻干燥后高温处理,获得磁性氧化石墨烯气凝胶。本发明方法,加入了酚醛树脂,酚醛树脂经高温碳化转化为成无定形碳,新生成的无定形碳位于石墨烯的片层之间,因而增加了产品的拉伸强度。另外,选择柠檬酸钠作为还原剂,高效温和,成型率高。
