Combined bridge tower of ultra-large-span pedestrian landscape curve-shaped cable-stayed bridge and construction method
Aiming at the requirements of an ultra-large-span pedestrian landscape curve-shaped cable-stayed bridge, a door-type bridge tower structure of a traditional cable-stayed bridge is reformed, and a uniparted hyperboloid-shaped bridge tower body, a sightseeing tower cap, a bowl-shaped thin-wall shell skirt room and an annular sightseeing platform plate form the combined bridge tower of the ultra-large-span pedestrian landscape curve-shaped cable-stayed bridge. The bowl-shaped thin-wall shell skirt room and the uniparted hyperboloid-shaped bridge tower form a cylinder-in-cylinder structure; the cylinder-in-cylinder structure has high torsion resistance; it can be ensured that the curved cable-stayed bridge tower structure bears huge unbalanced torsion internal force, and the rotation failure of a bridge tower support is avoided. The uniparted hyperboloid-shaped bridge tower body and the sightseeing tower cap form a sightseeing tower type bridge tower structure; the curved cable-stayed bridge tower and the sightseeing tower are combined into a whole; and therefore, a foundation is shared, and manufacturing cost is saved. The large-scale uniparted hyperboloid-shaped cylindrical bridge tower structure has high lateral stiffness, cable-tower-beam coupling vibration in the pouring construction process of curved cable-stayed bridge cantilevers can be reduced, and midspan deflection deformation under the action of live loads can be reduced.
针对超大跨径人行景观曲线形斜拉桥的需求,改革传统斜拉桥的门式桥塔结构,将单叶双曲面状桥塔塔身、观光塔帽、碗状薄壁壳体裙房和圆环形观光平台板构成一种超大跨径人行景观曲线形斜拉桥的组合桥塔。碗状薄壁壳体裙房和单叶双曲面状桥塔形成筒中筒结构,筒中筒结构具有强大的抗扭能力,可确保曲线形斜拉桥桥塔结构承担巨大的不平衡扭转内力,避免桥塔支座转动失效。单叶双曲面状桥塔塔身和观光塔帽形成观光塔楼式桥塔结构,曲线形斜拉桥桥塔和观光塔楼合二为一,共享基础,节约造价。大尺度的单叶双曲面状筒形桥塔结构具有强大的抗侧刚度,可减少曲线形斜拉桥悬臂浇筑施工过程中的索‑塔‑梁三者耦合振动,可减少活荷载作用下的跨中挠度变形。
