Flexible joint connecting structure for steel structure bridge deck slabs and construction method of flexible joint connecting structure
The invention provides a flexible joint connecting structure for steel structure bridge deck slabs and a construction method of the flexible joint connecting structure. The flexible joint connecting structure comprises prefabricated steel structure bridge deck slabs; nested combed joints are arranged at the ends of the bridge deck slabs; a plurality of additional steel bars extending out of the end faces of the bridge deck slabs are arranged in the ends of the bridge deck slabs; rubber rods are clamped between the additional steel bars of two to-be-connected bridge deck slabs; and the joint ofthe two bridge deck slabs is filled with an ECC flexible material. According to the flexible joint connecting structure for the steel structure bridge deck slabs and the construction method of the flexible joint connecting structure of the invention, the steel fiber reinforced ECC flexible material with an advanced mixing ratio is utilized, a simple connecting device capable of considering temperature deformation and resisting expansion deformation is adopted; and the ends with the nested combed joints are connected with each other; and therefore, the crack resistance of the bridge deck slabsis achieved. The construction method has the advantages of simplicity in operation, low construction cost and wide application range.
本发明提出一种用于钢结构桥梁面板的柔性接缝连接结构及其施工方法,包括预制而成的钢结构桥梁面板,所述桥梁面板端部设置有嵌套型马牙槎,桥梁面板端部内部设置有若干根延申出端面的附加钢筋,欲连接的两桥梁面板的附加钢筋之间夹设有橡胶棒,两桥梁面板的接缝处填充有ECC柔性材料。该用于钢结构桥梁面板的柔性接缝连接结构及其施工方法,利用配合比先进的钢纤维增强型ECC柔性材料并设置简易的可用于考虑温度变形的抗膨胀变形的连接装置,并通过设置嵌套型马牙槎的端部连接形式,达到桥面板抗裂的目标。该施工方法具有操作简单,施工费用少,应用范围广的特点。
