The invention provides a central cable surface concrete cable-stayed bridge hanging basket suspension casting system. A hanging basket is a triangular hanging basket. A bearing platform, a lower trussand an upper truss are anchored to a poured beam section through anchoring units; a bottom basket is hung on the upper truss through a hanging unit; the upper truss and the bottom basket are pulled to move on the beam section through a walking unit; and a stay cable and the hanging basket are connected through a cable pulling unit to form a front supporting point; the bearing platform comprises auxiliary longitudinal beams on the two sides and a main longitudinal beam in the middle; the main longitudinal beam and the auxiliary longitudinal beams are connected through a plurality of connectingbeams; the non-anchor end of the main longitudinal beam is provided with the cable pulling unit; and the cable pulling unit is provided with a relative slip device for adjusting the tension angle ofthe stay cable. With the central cable surface concrete cable-stayed bridge hanging basket suspension casting system of the invention adopted, the problem that the transverse stability is poor when aconventional cable-stayed hanging basket is adopted for construction of a single-cable-plane cable-stayed bridge is solved, and the advantage that the cable-stayed bridge adopts the cable-stayed hanging basket is brought into play.
本发明提供了一种中央索面混凝土斜拉桥挂篮悬浇系统,所述挂篮为三角挂篮,承载平台、下桁架、上桁架分别通过锚固单元锚固于已浇筑梁段上,通过悬挂单元将底篮吊挂在上桁架上,通过行走单元牵引上桁架及底篮在梁段上位移,通过牵索单元将斜拉索与挂篮连接起来形成前支点;所述承载平台包括两侧的辅纵梁以及中间的主纵梁,主纵梁和辅纵梁通过若干联系梁连接,所述主纵梁的非锚端设有牵索单元,所述牵索单元上设有相对滑移装置用于调节斜拉索张拉角度,本发明解决了单索面斜拉桥采用常规牵索挂篮施工横向稳定性差的问题,也发挥了斜拉桥采用牵索挂篮的优势。
