Idling wheels and side sliding wheels are adopted, the auxiliary function of forced parking is provided for the warning device; the idling wheels are matched with the rotation of automobile tires to prevent an automobile from continuing to move, and meanwhile, the automobile is parked by means of the damping function of a frame shaped like Chinese character ''ou''.
