The invention discloses a dam body engineering sluice gate for water conservancy. The dam body engineering sluice gate comprises a dam body and a gate, an installation frame is a structural frame constructed by structural steel, a lifting assembly is connected between the installation frame and the gate, a power assembly is connected to the tail end of the lifting assembly, the lifting assembly comprises tension ropes and pressure relief assemblies, two tension ropes are fixedly connected to the gate, and the connection positions are symmetrical along the vertical center line of the gate; andthe pressure relief assemblies are connected to the tension ropes. A winding shaft barrel is pushed by a hydraulic cylinder to move in the axial direction of a driving rod, and axial relative movementand rotation exists between the winding shaft barrel and the driving rod under the driving of a spiral rail; the tension ropes are just embedded in a line groove, accumulation and winding of the tension ropes are effectively avoided, and the stability of the device in actual use is improved; and meanwhile, through the combination of pulleys, the load pressure of the spiral rail on the driving rodis effectively reduced.
